We are very new to this business and our ojective is to extend quality guest experience to our guests. We are trying to give a home away from home to our guests. We would appreciate if the guests would also treat the resources accordingly.
We have 10 rooms, all rooms have 5% weekly discount and 10% monthly discount.
Aniruddha - Large room queen size bed to comfortably accomodate 2 people. Rs. 1450 per night.
Adbhuta - Double size bed slightly bigger than a twin. Rs 1250 per night.
Achyuta - Garden view- Double size bed slightly bigger than a twin. Rs 1350 per night.
Shrikanta - Double size bed slightly bigger than a twin. Rs 1250 per night.
Padmavati - Large room queen size bed to comfortably accomodate 2 people. Rs. 1500 per night
Kamakshi - Double size bed slightly bigger than a twin. Rs 1350 per night.
Raghuvir - Large A/C room queen size bed to comfortably accomodate 2 people. Rs. 1800/ Rs. 1500 (W/O AC) per night.
Raghuram - Large A/C room queen size bed to comfortably accomodate 2 people. Rs. 1800/ Rs. 1500 (W/O AC) per night.
Raghunandan- Small A/C room queen size bed to comfortably accomodate 2 people. Rs. 1650/ Rs. 1400 (W/O AC) per night.

Payment of 50% if your checkin dates are more than 2 weeks out
Payment of 100% if your dates are less than 2 weeks out.

Step Four- Congratulations once the payment has been recieved your room is blocked. You will recieve a reciept from our accounts team confirming your booking. This is a valid booking.
Step Five- Life is not set in stone and its possible that you may need to cancel your booking.
1-5 nights - Please cancel 2 weeks in advance for a full refund. less than 2 weeks 50% cancellation fee. and less than 2 days 100% cancellation fee. This cancellation policy does not apply from September to February.
5-60 nights - Cancel 30 days before the date of arrival for a 50% of the booking amount refund.
Step Five- Life is not set in stone and its possible that you may need to cancel your booking.
